These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all users of AIEMA, including the website, onboarding tools, and the AI-powered email triage engine.

By accessing or using AIEMA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use AIEMA.

AIEMA is an AI-powered email triage and organization tool. It analyzes incoming emails based on user-defined settings, prompts, and rules, and proposes or executes automated email organization actions.

AIEMA does not replace human judgment and does not guarantee correctness, completeness, or suitability of any classification or decision.

4. Beta & Early Access Disclaimer

AIEMA may be offered as a beta or early-access product. This means features may change, break, or be removed at any time.

You acknowledge that:

The service may contain bugs or errors
Availability is not guaranteed
Data loss cannot be fully excluded

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

The configuration of your folders, rules, and prompts
The review of AI-generated classifications and actions
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws when using AIEMA

You must not use AIEMA for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.

6. Email Access & Credentials

AIEMA is designed so that email credentials remain in your browser and are not stored on the landing page.

You are responsible for safeguarding your email access credentials and license data.

7. Credits & Payments

AIEMA operates on a credit-based model. Credits are consumed when emails are processed.

Credits are non-refundable unless required by law
Unused credits do not represent monetary value
Credit consumption depends on enabled features and scan depth

8. No Professional Advice

AIEMA does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Any decisions taken based on AIEMA output are made at your own risk.

9. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue AIEMA (or parts of it) at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

AIEMA is provided “as is” and “as available”
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not liable for lost emails, misclassification, or missed communications

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence where legally required.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the provider from claims arising out of your use of AIEMA in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to AIEMA if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

13. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The place of jurisdiction shall be Baden-Baden, Germany, where legally permissible.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
